Macros must be enabled when opening the spread sheet. The system can be customized and extended within Excel as there are no restrictions or password protected components. These are used to (a) add the timesheet information/content to the projects database and (b) to reset the timesheet by removing all the data entered and to have a blank timesheet for the next entries. The template uses only standard Excel features. Cumulative hours and billing values over the life of projects are analysed and charts, graphs and tables are produced.
